This is a pretty easy one.  Clean.  Do not forget the top of the refrigerator.  When was the last time you moved your kitchen range to clean?  Have you looked at your light fixtures?  Are your windows sparkly clean?  What about your light switches?  These may seem like a minor detail, but a little dirt can really lose a sale.

A tidy house is absolutely necessary for a good showing.  A realtor cannot take decent pictures if there are messy countertops and unmade beds!

Insurance deductibles can be confusing, and part of the purchase process buyers must understand so they can stay in budget.
