Both are tasty, but be safe!  Do not deep fry on a deck, in a garage, or near any flammables.  

Be sure the fryer is extremely stable and away from any pets and children.  Do not leave the fryer unattended for any reason.  Injuries and fires from deep fried turkey are severe and tragic!
